Who We’re Looking For

ECTs who:

• Hold an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
• Have a current NSW Working With Children Check
• Understand the EYLF and National Quality Framework
• Create meaningful learning experiences
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Are committed to reflective practice and professional growth

Certificate III Educators who:

• Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and care with relevant experience in the sector.
• Have a current NSW Working With Children Check
• Are passionate about children’s learning, development and wellbeing
• Are reliable, caring and professional
• Understand the importance of active supervision and child safety
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team

Grow Early Education Heathmont is committed to providing excellence in high-quality care for children and families, which in turn shapes each child's future and lays the foundation for success in their learning and development. We are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team!

This is a permanent Part Time position to work up to 37.5 hours per week!

Our centre is open from 6:30am - 6:30pm, this position must be flexible to work opens or closing shifts!

About your new role:

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
• You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.

A little about you:

• Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Working with Children Check, approved First Aid, National Child Safety (Geccko) Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
