Are you an experienced professional with retrofit project management looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dedicated Retrofit Contract Surveyor to join our team to play a key role in driving excellence in Abri’s retrofit service delivery.
In this role, you’ll be working in a small team of retrofit surveyors, ensuring all energy-efficiency related work is carried out to the highest standards and in line with current PAS 2035 regulations. You’ll work collaboratively with contractors and consultants, as well as internal stakeholders. Ensure properties are prioritised for meeting energy-efficiency standards without compromising performance.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a building related qualification as well as a strong understanding of existing and emerging energy-efficiency measures. Knowledge & understanding of the PAS2035 standards, EPC and SAP and/or Open Housing would be advantageous. You should have a confident, professional approach to work with both internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a full UK driving licence are also important.
We’re a team of 7 responsible for circa 55,000 properties, which we are committed to improving the energy efficiency to EPC C by 2030.
???????You’ll be working from one of our offices either at Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), Yeovil office (BA22 8WN) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that’s at another of our offices or at home or on site with a contractor.
