Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 12:00-21:00
Salary: £15.50 per hour

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Supervisor o join the Low Care Team at our Gainsborough Boiling site. Key duties of the role include:

  • Work with operatives to achieve excellent service levels to the production department
  • Ensure that all dispatch lines are safely stored in the correct area of the Chillers
  • Ensure the dispatch presentation standards are maintained
  • Load/unload packaging from vehicles as required
  • Count and record stock levels where appropriate
  • Ensure that company standards are adhered to within the packaging / dispatch team
  • Ensure that promotional materials are in place in time and are adequate
  • Ensure that Dispatch & packaging levels are maintained to satisfy customer requirements
  • Conduct any necessary training required for the role
  • Be mindful of product quality, integrity and traceability
