This role is critical to achieving the fastest possible data delivery across long-distance infrastructure and requires close collaboration with RF vendors and international teams. If you are passionate about high-performance networks, eager to work on cutting-edge latency-sensitive systems, and thrive in a global environment — we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Design, plan, and maintain high-performance RF-based and optical links with a focus on ultra-low latency; Collaborate with RF vendors and partners to manage link deployment and lifecycle; Proactively monitor network performance, implement metrics, alerting, and telemetry for end-to-end visibility; Contribute to network documentation, capacity and resource planning; Maintain and expand the infrastructure inventory (~150 network devices and 1000+ servers); Participate in automation of operational tasks and configuration management; Ensure the fastest possible data delivery with reliability guarantees. Proven experience in building or operating low-latency networks, ideally in trading, finance, or similarly latency-sensitive environments; Experience with low-latency networking hardware, including Layer 1 switches and optical transport; Ability to engage with RF vendors and partners to ensure robust network design and performance; Understanding of RF and fiber technologies; Proficiency in diagnosing network issues and conducting incident response in distributed environments; Knowledge of network automation tools such as Ansible, Python, NetBox, or similar; Familiarity with observability stacks like Grafana, Prometheus, and other telemetry tools; Ability to plan and manage network capacity, including forecasting and optimization; Advanced written and spoken English; Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across time zones. Competitive compensation above the market with bonuses twice a year up to 50% of annual salary; Sophisticated internal training and development programs; Comprehensive health insurance; Reimbursement for sports activities; Engaging in corporate events twice a year; High level of influence and ownership of the process; Work closely with experienced team in a flat organizational structure.
