Lead Cable Technician – Nashville, TN (New Titans Stadium Project) Company: TEKsystems Project: New Tennessee Titans Stadium (Downtown Nashville) Contract Length: Through February 2027 Experience Level: Intermediate Position Overview TEKsystems is seeking a Lead Cable Technician to support cabling operations on the new Titans stadium project in downtown Nashville. This is a long‑term opportunity within a new‑construction environment. Depending on the project needs, the technician may work independently or lead a small team of helpers. Key Responsibilities Install cable pathways, including trays, J‑hooks, and structured pathways. Pull Category 6 and above cabling as well as fiber. Terminate faceplates, jacks, and low‑voltage connections. Follow daily direction from on‑site leadership and collaborate with TEKsystems project teams. Work safely and efficiently within new‑construction job sites. Meet on‑site or at the shop depending on the daily schedule. Gain additional low‑voltage skills and training while supporting major commercial builds. Required Skills Cable pulling Cat6 and low‑voltage cabling Structured cabling installation Cable termination Experience using hand tools, drills, and basic construction tools Top Skills (Priority Areas) Cable installation & pulling Cat6 cabling Structured cabling Low‑voltage systems Preferred Background Experience in low‑voltage cabling or electrical work is helpful. Candidates with general construction experience and comfort with hand tools are encouraged to apply. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
