Job Summary:   The Low Voltage Lead Technician plays a key role in onsite project coordination within hyperscale data centers and commercial construction environments.   Reporting to the Project Foreman and Project Manager, this role ensures structured cabling projects stay on track by managing daily tasks, supervising crews, and meeting project goals.    About LINX: Join a team that connects people through technology. With AI, remote work, and digital transformation accelerating, now is the time to build your future with LINX.      Essential Duties and Responsibilities  * Supervise assigned projects,directingthe work of5+techniciansandensuringdaily goals are met. * Plan sitemanpowerneeds andmanagematerial and labor through job completion. * Set crewobjectives, track progress, and report updates to management. * Ensure compliance withHR, safety, and company policieswhile meeting project deadlines. * Maintaintechnical, quality, and profitability standards, ensuring top-level customer satisfaction. * Oversee account coordination, including direct customer interaction and issue resolution. * Prepare and communicatestatus reports, keeping customers and Project Managers informed.     Minimum Requirements  * Expertisein cabling standardswith the ability tolead projects, delegate tasks, and supervise teams of 5+ technicians. * Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprintsand managing all aspects ofproject planning. * Strong communicationskills(written & verbal) with a focus onaccuratetimesheet managementand efficiency. * Terminatejacks, patch panels, 66/110 blocks, and follow568A/B color codes. * UseFluke testersto verify connections and troubleshoot voice/data issues. * Install and configureswitches, routers, modems, and wireless access points. * Work withcategory cable, COAX, fiber (RG6, RG11, RG59), build out closets, andoperateHilti guns, hammer drills, band saws, and power tools. * Ability to lift/carry/setup a50 poundbox or ladder. * Must ownlow voltage tools(snips, strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches) * Able to work2nd/3rd shift, overtime, and under pressure. * Must pass a7-year background check, drug screen, and physical. * Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance * Professional workingproficiencyin English   Preferred Certifications (not required)  * BICSI Technician or Installation Certification * OSHA 10 * Powder Actuated Tools Certification * Confined Space Certification * CPR and First Aid certified * Manufacturers certifications for Installation and Maintenance * Lift Certified * High School diploma,Associate’sdegree ortechnicaldegree a plus     Pay Rate:  $24.00 - $35.00/hr    TEAMLINX offers great benefits including:  * 401K with 50% employer match up to first 4% * Insurance options includingMedicalplans with Flexible Spending and/or Health Savings Accounts, Disability, Dental and Vision * 8 Paid Holidays * 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) combining sick pay and vacation days * Career growth opportunities   POSTING DEADLINE:  This is an evergreen position.
