Job Title: Low Voltage Operations Manager – Construction
Department: Operations

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operations Manager – Construction (Low Voltage) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the low voltage construction division. This includes overseeing project delivery, field operations, staffing, scheduling, materials, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. This role serves as a key liaison between the office and field teams and plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and team performance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in low voltage systems (e.g., structured cabling, access control, CCTV, Internet Service Provider, and VoIP), with a strong focus on construction operations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and job sites.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Deep understanding of low voltage construction practices and codes.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, BuilderTrend, Simpro, etc…) and Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Pay: 90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
