An equal-opportunity employer Qualifications About We’re seeking a hands on Project Manager to lead low-voltage wiring projects from preconstruction through closeout for commercial, hospitality, and light industrial facilities. You will coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage budgets, schedules, drive quality and safety, and be the day to day owner of client communication and vendor coordination. Physical and Work Conditions Regularly standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs Ladder scissor lift use Working in ceilings, plenums, and mechanical spaces Field work at active jobsites Responsibilities Plan and Execute Projects, Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety for multiple concurrent jobs, create and maintain 2 6 week lookaheads, and manpower plans Preconstruction and Submittals, Lead takeoffs, BOMs, shop drawings submittals, RFIs, value engineering, and long lead procurement, ensure accurate as built and O and M documentation Crew Leadership, Direct 2 10 low voltage technicians, conduct daily huddles, JHAs, and site audits, coach for craftsmanship and productivity Technical Oversight, Ensure installations meet code and best practices NFPA 70, NEC 760, TIA EIA, BICSI Systems and Scope, Structured cabling Cat6 Cat6A, fiber MM SM, PoE, network rack buildouts, CCTV, access control, audio visual, and WiFi Maintain margin, keep stakeholders updated with weekly progress reports and meeting notes Vendor Coordination, Manage quotes, orders, and deliveries with distributors OEMs, track material, align lead times with schedule milestones Client and Stakeholder Communication, Run progress meetings, set expectations, resolve issues quickly and professionally Qualifications Required, 5+ years in low voltage construction or systems integration, including 2+ years leading crews projects Demonstrated success, managing budgets, schedules, and quality for cabling security AV network buildouts Ability to read interpret plans, architectural MEP electrical plans and specifications, strong RFI submittal skills Proficiency, Microsoft 365 Excel Teams SharePoint and project document control tools Valid drivers license, ability to travel regionally and work on active construction sites Strong skills, communication, organization, and problem solving Preferred, Certifications, BICSI Installer II Copper Fiber, OSHA 30 Experience, CCTV, VMS, access control credentialing, PoE network design, and fiber splicing testing Familiarity, Bluebeam, AutoCAD Revit for markups coordination, Procore or similar PM platforms
