Millennium Fire & Security Inc is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Project Manager - Fire & Security Systems to oversee installation and service operations while mentoring technicians to uphold high standards of quality and efficiency. In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage field projects, interface with inspectors and contractors, and play a vital part in developing our team and systems. QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of industry experience in fire and security alarm systems
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong leadership skills and mentoring experience
• Proficiency in NFPA codes, blueprint reading, and wiring methodologies
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across various system types and manufacturers
• Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Valid driver’s license with a clean background
• NICET Level 2 certification in Fire Alarm Systems preferred

Position Title: Low Voltage Project Manager - Fire & Security Systems

Pay Range: $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead installation and service projects for fire and security alarms, access control, and CCTV systems
• Train, mentor, and supervise technicians for skill development and project consistency
• Collaborate with local inspectors and general contractors to ensure code compliance and timely inspections
• Review and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specs
• Troubleshoot complex systems from a variety of manufacturers and guide team resolutions
• Manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation in software tools such as QuickBooks, MS Office, and Google Workspace
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with NFPA standards and client expectations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
• Uphold safety, quality, and operational standards on all job sites
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work at height as required
