What you’ll do: 与项目经理、产品经理及销售团队紧密协作，为项目投标提供必要的技术支持，确保订单中标后顺利落地执行。承担“按订单设计”任务，完成项目所需的 3D建模与图纸输出，并释放投产所需的技术资料，包括不限于：平面布置图、钣金图、铜排图、总装图、物料清单等。与项目经理、运营团队、售后服务团队以及客户协同，诊断并解决产品在生产端或客户端出现的技术问题。持续优化现有产品，寻找降低成本的机会而不影响产品质量。根据研发项目的时间线和应用情况，参与新产品开发项目，包括产品原型设计、样机跟踪、内部测试和外部设计验证。按照新产品开发流程要求，准备并释放新产品相关技术文档。 Qualifications: 3-5年配电行业产品设计开发经验；熟悉低压成套配电设备，及相应的GB国家标准和IEC国际标准。熟练使用产品设计工具，如AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, Creo等。熟练使用办公工具，如Excel, PPT, Word，掌握Power BI技能优先人选特质 Plus 活跃、开朗包容、合作分享、共赢 At Eaton, we don’t just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience. Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with project managers, product managers, and sales teams to provide necessary technical support for project bids and ensure smooth execution after winning orders. Undertake order-specific design tasks, completing 3D modeling and technical documentation required for production.
