Beach Lake Sprinkler Fire Protection Services, a subsidiary of Davis-Ulmer Sprinkler Company, was founded in 1992 and is a well-rounded fire protection company with two offices: Beach Lake, PA and Brooksville, FL. We excel in new construction, renovation, retrofit, and service work for warehouse, distribution, pharmaceutical, hospital, nursing home, industrial, residential and retail markets.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Fire Alarm Technician to support our Brooksville, FL team. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems in commercial, industrial, and residential properties. The technician ensures that fire alarm systems are fully functional, meet all relevant codes and standards, and provide reliable protection for occupants and property. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in fire alarm systems or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal fire codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with fire alarm system components and installation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
