Step Into Teaching are seeking graduates for a Primary School in Hulme offering full time roles starting in September 2025.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.
• Further supporting class teachers alongside a HLTA by covering lessons during PPA (Planning, Preparation & Assessment)- 2 afternoons per week
• Provide emergency cover when needed, supporting the school’s day-to-day flexibility in a dependable and professional manner.
• Support pupils in developing key literacy skills, including spelling and handwriting
• Opportunity to lead or support PSHE sessions, exploring real life topics like friendships, emotions and principles.
• Assist in the general management of classroom behavior and maintaining a safe and positive environment.
• Provide feedback on student progress and help identify areas of improvement, using adaptive teaching techniques.
