Requirements Classroom Environment Create a structured, engaging, and age-appropriate learning atmosphere Maintain effective classroom management aligned with school expectations Prepare, organize, and care for art supplies, instruments, and instructional materials Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with classroom teachers to support overall student development Communicate with parents regarding student participation and growth Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school activities Spiritual Leadership Model Christ-like character in all interactions Integrate biblical principles into art and music instruction Encourage students to use their gifts and creativity to glorify God Education Requirements Bachelors Degree - Minimum Requirement 2 years minimum teaching experience
