Key Responsibilities Create a Christ-centered, nurturing classroom environment that fosters spiritual growth, academic curiosity, and student engagement Design and deliver differentiated, developmentally appropriate lessons that align with CHCS’s academic standards and biblical worldview integration Assess and monitor student progress, using data to inform instruction and support individual learning needs Maintain consistent and meaningful communication with parents, partnering with them in both the academic and spiritual development of their children Collaborate regularly with teammates and school leadership to support a unified, mission-aligned learning community Participate fully in school events, professional development, and discipleship opportunities Uphold high standards of classroom management that reflect grace, consistency, and biblical principles Model the ideal team player traits—humble, hungry, people smart, positive and loyal —in all professional interactions Contribute to the spiritual life of the school by participating in chapel, prayer, and mentoring students as disciples of Jesus About Cherry Hills Christian School Cherry Hills Christian School (CHC), located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, has been faithfully serving students and their families for over 40 years.
