Why This Role Matters We are seeking a Lowrider Driver who brings personality, professionalism, and pride to every guest interaction. This role is responsible for safely transporting guests while creating a one-of-a-kind, culturally immersive experience that reflects the spirit of New Mexico. The Lowrider Driver serves as both a driver and storyteller, offering guests a memorable introduction to the property and surrounding area through engaging conversation, smooth driving, and exceptional hospitality. What You’ll Do Welcome guests warmly and provide a memorable first impression of the property. Safely operate the lowrider vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws and company safety standards. Assist guests in and out of the vehicle with care and professionalism. Transport guests to and from designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. Share knowledge of local culture, history, events, and property amenities to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle at all times. Monitor vehicle condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Partner with Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, and other departments to coordinate guest needs. Provide luggage assistance when needed, ensuring items are handled with care. Uphold ADA awareness, safety protocols, and security procedures at all times. Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance in compliance with uniform and grooming standards. Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary, client, and guest information. Requirements Minimum age of 21 with a clean driving record. Valid New Mexico driver’s license required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Hospitality experience preferred. Ability to get in and out of a vehicle multiple times a day and assist guests with entering and exiting the vehicle. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service mindset. Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
