Reporting to the Mobile Content Development Manager the Loyalty Campaign Developer primary mandate is to configure and maintain digital marketing campaigns within NRT’s loyalty solutions. This role will be collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and product owners to ensure campaigns are executed and aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage campaign content using the Touchpoint Platform
  • Respond to and resolve client escalations to loyalty campaign configuration and delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues
  • Collaborate with product owners to identify recurring issues and recommend enhancements
  • Validate the accuracy and performance of deployed campaigns
  • Provide internal documentation and knowledge base updates related to campaign setup and troubleshooting
  • Work with internal teams to ensure delivery of the project
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through timely and accurate support
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager or their designate

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience in development support, technical support, or relevant roles.
  • Proficiency in JSON
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla, including the use of built-in editors and the ability to modify raw HTML/CSS for content customization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple support needs
  • Experience in casino/gaming or digital marketing is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Previous experience with campaign or content management systems preferred
