As Loyalty & Digital Solutions Team Lead, you will lead the MOL Move loyalty program and contribute to MOL Romania’s digital transformation. You will work hands-on with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, customer segmentation, and personalization, translating business objectives into impactful loyalty initiatives and measurable results. As a Loyalty & Digital Solutions Team Lead, you will be responsible for the following: Lead and develop the MOL Move loyalty program, driving customer engagement and value Work hands-on with Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud to support segmentation, personalization, and loyalty journeys Translate business and commercial objectives into CRM requirements and loyalty initiatives Collaborate closely with Digital Factory, Group teams, IT, Sales, and Marketing on CRM-related topics Challenge and advise stakeholders using data, insights, and CRM logic; Monitor loyalty KPIs and campaign performance, deriving actionable insights Lead and develop the loyalty team, ensuring focus, prioritization, and delivery To be successful in the role, you should have: Experience leading or coordinating loyalty programs or CRM-driven initiatives 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM Solid understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and CRM journeys; Ability to connect CRM activities to business KPIs and ROI Fluency in English (written and spoken) People management experience, managing direct reports or leading cross-functional teams Experience working in cross-functional environments; Strong communication, structured thinking, and leadership potential Nice to have: Deeper exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys or automation Experience with Power BI or data analysis tools Experience working with external partners or agencies What makes this role exciting: Ownership of a strategic loyalty program with visible business impact Opportunity to grow into a senior CRM / loyalty leadership role Strong collaboration with Group and Digital Factory teams Real influence on personalization and customer experience at scale What is in it for you?
