Job Description You will join the Loyalty Team within the Yemeksepeti Growth team You will play an important role in supporting the development of strategies to generate growth through the loyalty program You will be responsible from planning and executing loyalty challenge structures, tracking points and loyalty marketing budget, coordinate product requests, engage with commercial teams and partners, and lead the development of offline and online communication materials You will engage with regional and global business and product stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure knowledge sharing across entities and support Yemeksepeti’s loyalty agenda. Qualifications You have at least 5 years of work experience in growth marketing, business development, strategy consulting or a similar function Experience in food delivery, working with loyalty programs or game design is a plus You enjoy solving complex data problems leveraging excellent business acumen & outstanding financial analysis and modelling skills You are a hands-on team player with using a pragmatic approach You are able to structure and drive your ideas from their inception to action plans (incl. analysis, insights, and recommendations) in a fast and ever-changing environment You have advanced Turkish and English communication skills (ability to prepare well laid out, easily understood analysis and well-structured problem statements) Additional Information Your rights arising from the processing of your personal data, within the scope of the Law on the Protection of personal data.
