The Lookfantastic Loyalty scheme, LF Beauty Plus+, was launched in October 2022. It forms a key part of the customer retention strategy and is a priority focus area for the business. Reporting into the Loyalty Manager, the Loyalty Executive will play a key role in ensuring that the day-to-day of the scheme runs smoothly, reporting on scheme and campaign performance, whilst more broadly supporting with the growth and evolution of the loyalty scheme.

As a Loyalty Executive, you’ll:

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate closely with trade, buying, commercial, marketing and campaign stakeholders to ensure both day-to-day activity and large campaigns are planned and executed successfully
  • Support the Loyalty Manager in project managing the planning and execution of our existing loyalty programme whilst looking for opportunities to make optimisations to maximise the performance of the scheme
  • Ongoing reporting of project status, scheme and campaign performance against agreed KPIs to key stakeholders across the business
  • Leveraging existing data and reporting, as well as what’s happening more broadly in the market from a Loyalty perspective, bring a point of view to conversations and work with the Loyalty Manager to make recommendations that will drive planning and execution of Lookfantastic Loyalty activity
  • All loyalty materials are in-line with new Lookfantastic branding
  • Loyalty is integrated in all plans and comms executed optimally
  • Scheme benefits are being consistently delivered and opportunities to improve the execution of these benefits are identified
  • The Customer Experience is audited, reviewed and optimised ongoing (onsite, in-app, through CRM, offline)
  • International rollout of the loyalty scheme projects are supported as required
  • Omni-channel integration projects are supported as required

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Experience working in a cross-functional role collaborating with multiple teams in different functions
  • Comfortable analysing data, working with analytics software such as Tableau and Google Analytics, and drawing out actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of loyalty schemes and the role they play
  • Experience within the retail industry, ideally the Beauty industry, desirable
  • Highly articulate and confident communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects with good time management
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders with strong upwards management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Results driven
  • Willingness to learn and develop
