Neo Group is on the lookout for a Loyalty Manager to join our VIP department. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of (potential) VIP clients. Build meaningful relationships via calls, emails, and chat. Reactivate, upsell, and escalate users to VIP level when appropriate. Monitor user behaviour and act on key triggers. Execute retention campaigns and reward offers with performance tracking. Maintain timely communication based on player activity. Collaborate with VIP Managers, Support, and Payments teams. Experience in customer service, CRM, or user engagement. Bilingual communication (Russian & English). Confident working with performance KPIs and user activity reports. Proactive, autonomous, and organised. Comfortable with CRM tools, Intercom, Slack, and dashboards. Nice to Have: Previous experience with VIP users or retention. Responsibilities
