Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, Fridays remote)

A leading entertainment studio is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to help lead the development and execution of a new loyalty initiative designed to enhance subscriber value and engagement.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical acumen and marketing strategy, with a background in product marketing for subscription-based or digital platforms. This role will focus heavily on building and managing the backend infrastructure needed to support a scalable and data-driven loyalty experience.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the connection point between loyalty, product, and engineering teams to support backend operations for subscriber benefits
  • Manage the setup and execution of program infrastructure including microsite development, tagging, data measurement, and reporting
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery and performance
  • Oversee integration of this loyalty initiative with other engagement programs within the studio’s ecosystem
  • Lead product development and performance discussions, influence decisions, and ensure alignment with subscriber experience goals
