Description

As Loyalty and Partnerships Assistant, you will support the delivery and ongoing development of the Heathrow Rewards loyalty programme, helping to retain and grow the member base. Working closely with the Loyalty & Partnerships Manager, you will contribute to the planning, setup and delivery of targeted loyalty campaigns. You will support member acquisition, engagement and revenue growth through the day-to-day management of loyalty activity and partnerships. Working Location Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow.
