We are looking for a passionate project manager, who touched consumer retention campaigns and projects in the past and is willing to take ownership of interesting multi-faceted projects. What you’ll do: •Assure that our loyal customers are engaged via ad-hoc and automated marketing campaigns. •Analyze local and international competitors for inspirations, know-how and creating programs beyond obvious; •Help us make data-driven decisions for continuous improvements; •Drive loyalty program development to stay up-to-date and maintain customer appeal; •Collaborate with our retail and e-commerce colleagues for a seamless omnichannel loyalty experience; •Brief in-house design team for catchy content development ; •Make loyalty program visible across owned and paid media; •Lead cross-functional projects with other departments (marketing, IT, customer service, CRM, etc.); •Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards while tailoring the program to meet market-specific needs. Nice to have: •Experience with JIRA, Confluence (mainly as a viewer, editor, project approver); •Experience with retention management, customer lifecycle management projects.
