Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Loyalty Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a key member of our loyalty program division, you will play a crucial role in driving customer retention and maximizing program value for both our organization and our valued members. Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing loyalty program members, promoting the benefits of our program and encouraging enrollment or upgrades Utilize effective sales techniques to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate loyalty program features Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the loyalty program Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the loyalty program Stay up-to-date with program offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills Identify opportunities for program improvements and provide feedback to management Assist in developing and implementing retention strategies for at-risk members Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone Excellent active listening skills and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to different customer personalities Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills Knowledge of loyalty programs and customer retention strategies Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required) Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment, with some on-site presence required
