Permanent Part Time opportunity - Minimum 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri, during business hours

  • 24th of Sept start date, paid training for 1 week
  • $28.30 per hour + Super + Commissions + Employee Discounts
  • Parramatta location (short walk from Parramatta Station)
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Loyalty Sales Consultant, you will contact guests who have stayed at an Accor hotel. Your goal is to introduce them to the Accor Plus Membership, which includes benefits such as two complimentary hotel nights, discounts on room bookings, savings on dining and ALL gold status.

Your role will directly contribute to growing the Accor Plus membership base across Australia. More specifically, in this role, you will:

  • Engage with guests over the phone and explain the value of membership in a clear and professional way
  • Build rapport and tailor your approach to meet guest needs
  • Achieve individual sales targets while supporting team goals
  • Represent Accor with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

You will succeed in this role if you:

  • Are able to start paid training in Parramatta from the 24th of September to the 30th of September (9am to 4pm) for one week.
  • Post training, available to work from our Parramatta office for a minimum of 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
  • Have experience in either sales, hospitality, or customer service with direct customer engagement.
  • Have strong communication skills, both listening and speaking
