Job Description ​​​​This role is responsible for making high-volume outbound sales calls to customers who have previously stayed at Accor hotels, with a specific focus on the Singapore market. The successful candidate must communicate fluently and confidently in English, building rapport with customers while understanding their needs and presenting relevant Accor Plus membership benefits. Using the Accor Plus sales methodology, the role involves identifying opportunities, handling objections, and closing sales effectively. The position operates in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, requiring the ability to consistently meet daily performance goals, including completing 200 or more outbound dials within an eight-hour shift, while maintaining high-quality customer interactions and conversion standards. Qualifications In this role, you will be calling previous guests of an Accor Hotel, inviting them to join our award winning, paid Loyalty Membership Program.
