Job Description About the Role - Loyalty Sales Consultant In this role, you will be calling previous guests of an Accor Hotel, inviting them to join our award winning, paid Loyalty Membership Program. More specifically, you will: Make outbound calls to customers who have stayed at an Accor hotel Use Accor Plus sales methodology to discover needs & close sale About You You enjoy speaking with people and have the confidence to build rapport quickly. You can stay motivated by achieving sales targets and take pride in delivering unforgettable experiences to our loyal members Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customers Active listening and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs Excited about working in a sales environment, with uncapped commissions Proven experience in sales, customer service most preferable Able to start paid training, in office, on Monday the 8th of December from 9:30am until 5:00 pm for 1 week, and then work from our Jakarta CBD office (specifically in DBS Tower Kuningan Area), 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) Why Us? Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone Excellent active listening skills and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to different customer personalities Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills Knowledge of loyalty programs and customer retention strategies Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Able to speak in English will be an added values Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required) Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment, with some on-site presence required
