ABOUT THE TEAM

The Customer Experience (Marketing) team works to showcase our brand through the lens of expertise and love. They work to provide a personalized experience for our consumers backed by best-in-class, data-driven marketing capabilities. The Customer Experience team focuses across 4 departments including, Marketing, Creative, Communications, and our Loyalty & CRM team. Everyone brings their own point of view to create a unique experience for the pets and pet parents.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple business functions including Marketing, Merchandising, Services, and Finance
  • Able to demonstrate advanced PC application skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read, interpret, and report on systems and data
  • Ability to serve as a subject matter expert within the data and the loyalty platform
  • Ability to manage complex systems/campaign workflows
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred
  • Self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand key business problems and translate into marketing solutions
  • 1-2+ years of corporate experience (marketing or loyalty experience a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Support the Loyalty team in the creative planning and execution of Treats Rewards loyalty program offers
  • Assist in execution of Treats Rewards offer planning process and configuration of bonus points offers within the loyalty platform
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for loyalty program troubleshooting, provide timely resolutions to member inquiries and system related errors
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail by proofreading and validating offer setups, communications, reports, and creative proofing to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate and collaborate on meeting with internal stakeholder
