THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Loss Prevention Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and maintaining all Loss Prevention (LP) service request across the organization, including retail stores, corporate offices and distribution centers. The Operations Analyst is responsible for facilitating and maintaining all Loss Prevention related service tickets and calls for all stores, corporate offices and DC’s. The Operations Analyst will provide support for company-wide CCTV systems, Burglary and Fire Alarm Systems, and additional Loss Prevention equipment as needed. The analyst will be assigned to manage budget impacting projects and make independent decisions that impact multiple company locations. The role will also be responsible for implementing an efficient ticket completion and tracking strategy to maintain budget and service levels with on time resolutions. Collaboration and communication with LP field leaders, construction vendors, local fire marshals, internal business partners will be required for successful new store, remodel and project schedules. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Oversee the lifecycle of LP service tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) Follow up on all service tickets with store teams while also facilitating service calls from the field related to Loss Prevention Work with respective vendors to ensure timely response and completion of all service calls along with dispatching technicians to resolve repair issues. Issue purchase orders and create contracts with sufficient lead-time and appropriate frequency and order quantities to enhance LP field operations and ensure the safety and security of all company facilities and associates. Review and approve vendor proposals for accuracy while partnering with the Loss Prevention field team to validate the proposed expense to the individual store needs. Maintain and resolve internal tickets request assigned to Loss Prevention. Create monthly, quarterly and annual remedy reporting for distribution to Loss Prevention teams. Prepare periodic reporting as directed. Through reporting, identify trends that may impact the business and propose Generate logs to track capital projects and expenses along with making recommendations on timing for vendors and LP leadership Participate on vendor calls to track project milestones, communicating with suppliers and generating spend and usage reports. Ensure accurate and timely data maintenance in Excel, order forms, procurement databases, S4 and other systems. Maintain store security systems while facilitating the replacement of equipment and repairs in stores by working with stores management and field Loss Prevention team. Oversee the process of updating store equipment profiles. Identify issues and solve problems with distribution centers, stores, suppliers and internal customers. Validate and code invoices for processing of payment. Process, file and track assigned non-capital invoices and Follow up with vendors on problematic invoices, such as inaccurate charges or warranty work. Order and maintain proper supply of all keys and cores and other items related to security systems such as electronic article surveillance Collaborate closely with LP field leadership, construction vendors, local fire marshals, and internal departments to support store openings, remodels, and special projects. Communicate and maintain new store and remodel spreadsheet by tracking construction dates and vendor installation timelines. Compile and send new store equipment boxes to new stores. Work with the new store set team and Loss Prevention vendors to ensure swift resolution of open issues Review new store drawings to create and implement lockdown security system to provide installation by due date. Maintain lockdown system replacements for stores by monitoring Service Channel Monitor and provide Burglary Alarm exception reporting as needed Lead and manage budget-sensitive projects, making independent decisions that affect multiple company locations. Collaborate with internal departments to achieve a successful completion of store projects by executing all Loss Prevention needs on time and under budget. This may include task such as determining the number of cores and placing orders for timely delivery, reviewing store maps for possible camera moves and working with vendors for timely execution of request. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Minimum of associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Aptitude to influence colleagues, peers, and cross functional teams throughout the organization Demonstrated expert level with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organization and prioritization skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment High degree of accuracy, organizational and communication skills, detailed oriented and strong team player. Ability to travel, including overnight stays, as required Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed The hours are 5:30am - 2:30pm. #LI-JB2 The pay range for this position is $57,300.00 - $66,250.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
