What is this role about? The LPG Terminal Operations Supervisor ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day operations of the LPG terminal. This role supervises terminal personnel and contractors, oversees loading and receiving operations, maintains inventory and documentation, enforces safety and environmental standards, and coordinates with other departments to support distribution and logistics activities. What will YOU do? Supervise terminal operations including loading, unloading, storage, and transfers of LPG to ensure safe and efficient execution Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local government requirements related to LPG handling, storage, and transport Monitor and manage terminal inventory through regular reconciliations and record keeping to maintain accurate stock levels Lead, schedule, and coach operations staff; delegate tasks and ensure team adherence to procedures and performance standards Coordinate with Transport, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to plan and execute deliveries, minimize downtime, and optimize throughput Conduct routine inspections of terminal equipment, piping, tanks, and loading facilities; report defects and coordinate corrective maintenance Implement and enforce workplace safety programs, emergency response plans, and incident investigation procedures; lead toolbox talks and safety drills Supervise contractors and third-party service providers working on site, ensuring work permits, risk assessments, and method statements are in place Prepare and submit regular operation reports, incident reports, and KPI updates to terminal management Ensure proper documentation for shipments, permits, and regulatory filings; maintain accurate logs and records Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce losses, and improve safety performance What will YOU need? At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in LPG, fuel terminal, or similar bulk liquid/gas operations Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or equivalent vocational/technical qualification with relevant experience Strong knowledge of LPG handling, storage systems, and terminal operating procedures Working knowledge of safety systems, permit-to-work processes, and emergency response for hazardous materials Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and contractors Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal stakeholders and external partners Proficiency in inventory control, basic MS Office applications, and record-keeping Willingness to work on-site in Bangar, La Union and comply with shift schedules, including weekends and holidays as required Relevant certifications (e.g., HAZMAT handling, confined space, firefighting, or similar) are an advantage What else you should know SEAOIL is committed to a safe and inclusive workplace.
