Position Overview Nurses provide holistic and compassionate nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team to clients in a residential setting with a focus on treating Adult clients with eating disorders. Schedule Part Time position, 0.4 FTE (16 hours/week), every other weekend (Friday Night and Saturday Night) + 1 weekday night Overnights: 12am-8:30am Compensation Disclosure Registered LPNs: Starting hourly range between $28.00-33.00 Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position How Nurses Empower Recovery Provides client care through assessment, monitoring, and intervention to address health concerns appropriately Responsible with medication management including education, assessing adherence, administration in the residential setting, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with provider Assists and supports medical and psychiatric providers with medical care coordination Recognizes and appropriately responds to medical and psychiatric to emergencies Responsible for accurate and timely documentation in the client medical record Qualifications Licensed as a LPN in Minnesota Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 30 days from date of hire Experience or strong desire to work in a mental health setting What we offer: Employee Benefits: We understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits package.
