Position Overview: As an LPN at Andrus on Hudson, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care in a supportive environment, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor and record vital signs and resident progress. Assist with resident assessments and care planning. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents with a focus on their physical and emotional well-being. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Adhere to all relevant state and federal regulations and guidelines. Qualifications: Valid New York State License CPR/BLS certified Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered care approach. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.
