Our brand-new Mishawaka facility opened in February 2026 JOIN OUR TEAM Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who wants to make a meaningful impact in substance use disorder treatment? We’re looking for a dedicated nurse to provide essential medical care and support to individuals on their recovery journey. WHAT YOU’LL DO Conduct Medical Assessments – Complete intake screenings including vitals, health history, interviews, and drug tests. Administer Medications – Dispense medications per treatment plans and monitor effectiveness. Educate Patients – Provide guidance on medications, wellness, and recovery support. Maintain Documentation – Accurately update MARs, progress notes, and other clinical records. Assist with Diagnostics – Support the medical team with tests and procedures. Respond to Emergencies – Provide first aid, CPR, or other stabilization as needed. Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with Recovery Support Specialists and clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality care. Support Facility Operations – Assist with administrative tasks, front desk coverage, and teamwork as needed. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Required: Current Indiana LPN license in good standing. At least 6 months of nursing experience. Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days). Preferred: 1+ years of experience in behavioral health, detox, or substance use treatment. Knowledge of withdrawal management, psychotropic medications, and MAT protocols.
