Administer medications, perform dressing changes/wound care, and monitor vital signs. Observe, record, and report patient conditions and reactions to drugs or treatments. Participate with all other home care personnel in patient care planning. Return the individual to an optimum and productive level within the patient’s capability. Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nurse program. License: Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of practice. Experience: One (1) year of experience preferred in a home health setting. Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Weekends as needed License/Certification: LPN License (Required) CPR Certification (Preferred)
Responsibilities
The LPN will provide physician-prescribed nursing care, including administering medications, performing dressing changes, and monitoring vital signs for patients receiving home healthcare.
