LPN-CHARGE NURSE LOCATION: OLDENBURG, IN, 47036 Looking for Full Time Evening shift. Shift differential for evening and night shifts. Pay is negotiable based on experience. JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN-Charge Nurse to join our team at our facility in Oldenburg, IN. The LPN-Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff for that shift, providing direct patient care, and ensuring that all nursing operations run smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and direct nursing staff * Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments * Assess patient needs and develop care plans * Monitor patient progress and update medical records * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals * Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations REQUIREMENTS: * Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana * Prior experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities * Knowledge of nursing standards and regulations
