Regular, Full-time position with the CNHSA Community Health nurses in Talihina | Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm | Pay: Starting between $23 - $24 per hour Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position  Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Community Health LPN provides preventative health services through clinic programs and community projects to promote health and wellness. You will report to the Manager or Director.   Primary Tasks: 1. Participate in Community Health clinics, events, and Mobile Health units located throughout the Choctaw Nation including after hours, holidays, and weekend assignments.  2. Provide immunizations to patients. 3. Educate community on vaccines including immunization schedules, indications, precautions, contraindications, proper storage, and handling. 4. Deliver patient care using the nursing process within the standards and guidelines of the organization. 5. Perform immunization audits; notify and schedule patients for immunizations. 6. Ensure that diagnostic studies are completed as ordered. 7. Complete health records per clinic policy. 8. Participate in departmental quality assessment and improvement activities. 9. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.   Required Education and Experience:  * High School Diploma or equivalent * Current LPN licensure with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing  * Current CPR certification
