This is an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse seeking a balanced work-life schedule while making a meaningful difference in residents' lives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards - Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely - Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support - Document care provided and maintain accurate resident records - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive resident care - Uphold safety and infection control protocols at all times Skills and Qualifications: - Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida - Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care - Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including some weekends - Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems are a plus At Grand Villa of New Port Richey, we foster a culture of respect, growth, and teamwork.
