This full-time role is essential in supporting clinical operations and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: * Assist providers with direct patient care and clinical procedures. * Conduct patient interviews and accurately document medical information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). * Perform routine screenings and tests as ordered by the provider. * Handle telephone inquiries, provide clinical advice within scope, and conduct follow-up as needed. * Ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, sanitized, and equipped. * Coordinate referrals and pre-authorizations, and communicate next steps to patients. * Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations. Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program * Current LPN license in the State of Ohio * Active CPR certification * Preferred: Minimum of one (1) year of LPN experience in a community health, hospital, or private practice setting * Strong communication and patient service skills * Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment * Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus Equal Employment Opportunity/Drug-Free Workplace: The HealthCare Connection is focused on creating a community that promotes dignity and respect for employees, patients and other community members.
