Hourly Pay: $25 - $30 / per hour Maxim Healthcare in Hebron is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Cambridge, OH to work with a patient in their own home. Days and Nights Available! On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Currently licensed as an RN or LPN/LVN in the state in which the RN/LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
