IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Provide quality care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and wound care.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
• Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:

• Be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state you are working
• Possess strong compassion, empathy, and communication skills.
• Be a team player with a positive and professional attitude.
