(pay rate based on years of experience) Shift Differentials: 1st shift earn an additional $2.00 weekends. 2nd shift earn an additional $2.00 weekdays, $3.00 weekend. 3rd shift earn an additional $2.00 weekdays, $3.50 weekends. Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed. Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit. Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Long-term care experience preferred. Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
