Employment Type: Full Time | Monday - Friday, 8a-5p Pay Rate: $26+/ hour (pay is based on requirements and experience) Location: Topeka, KS Sign on Bonus: $2,500 We are seeking a caring and dependable Community LPN to support our participants both in the center and in their homes. The Community LPN plays a key role in promoting the health and well-being of participants through hands-on nursing care, ongoing assessments, and collaboration with the care team. This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys building relationships, working in community-based care, and supporting older adults in living safely at home.
