Description We are looking for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team at Mt. Anthony Primary Care. The LPN will play a crucial role in providing support to healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, and maintaining a smooth clinic operation. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional clinical skills and experience working in an office setting. Electronic Health Record and Phlebotomy experience helpful. Duties: - Assist healthcare providers in conducting patient assessments and examinations - Perform basic clinical procedures such as taking vital signs, POC testing, and administering vaccinations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health systems - Coordinate patient referrals to specialists and other healthcare facilities as needed - Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing medical records - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times - Participate in continuous training to stay up to date on medical best practices - Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care Skills: - Knowledge in medical terminology and coding - Knowledge in basic vital signs - Familiarity with outpatient clinic operations and pediatrics - Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patient care Hours: This position is Full time.
