Your detail-oriented, responsive in critical situations, and committed to delivering the highest quality care. You’re also a team player who communicates well and builds trust with residents and colleagues alike. Responsibilities * As an LPN, you will oversee and deliver resident care in our Skilled Nursing and Memory Care units. Responsibilities include: * Coordinating nursing floor operations in compliance with regulatory standards * Administering medications, treatments, and providing direct care per care plans * Monitoring residents’ conditions and responding to changes appropriately * Supporting residents’ overall well-being and comfort overnight * Accurately documenting care using electronic medical records * Collaborating with other departments and communicating effectively with families Requirements * Current Ohio LPN license * Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably senior living or hospital care * Understanding of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices * Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
