The Commons in Lincoln is hiring Nurses (RN or LPN) within our 32 bed Skilled Nursing Facility / Rehab! We are looking for compassionate Nurses to join our team to deliver nursing care within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. You will be part of a team of dedicated, like-minded individuals whose support and camaraderie build long-lasting relationships. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES Directs and supervises the daily work assignments of the CNAs Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management process Balances service demands with supporting resident independence Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents'/patient's status Observes and reports any significant changes in resident/patient behavior and health to Director of Nursing, physician, family, CNAs and Nursing Home Administrator per state regulations Responds to emergencies and personal emergency response system and knows when to call for backup REQUIREMENTS Current state license as an RN/LPN and CPR certification Graduate of an approved RN/LPN program Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience preferred There is nothing common about The Commons in Lincoln.
