A valid Connecticut driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must successfully complete all required federal, state, and regulatory background checks as a condition of employment, including criminal history, driving record, and a pre-employment physical examination, in accordance with Connecticut and federal law. CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain — training provided). Compassion, patience, and a commitment to person-centered care. The ability to lift and support individuals with limited mobility when needed. (Preferred) Experience working with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) nursing policies and procedures — training provided if needed.
