Join a family-owned company and lead a positive team of caregivers.   Providence Place of Pine Grove is seeking a Full Time Night Shift LPN for our Secured Memory Support Community.  The LPN Shift Lead provides and ensures quality resident care and the promotion of resident wellness. Provides direct nursing services to the residents for optimal health and safety.   In addition, the LPN leads and manages the shift team of caregivers and med techs to ensure we provide quality care and excellent customer service for our residents.     Schedule:     * 6:00 pm - 6:00 am Night Shift * Must be able to work EOW/EOH * Work 3 Days one week - 4 Days the next = 3 Day weekends! * Starting at $33.00 to 35.00 PER HOUR (based on experience)     Critical Success Factors: * Compassionate and empathetic * Effective communication and motivation skills * Highly organized * Leadership skills * Adaptable and flexible   Minimum qualifications: * Current Pennsylvania LPN license * CPR certified * Prefer minimum of one year experience in assisted living/personal care or other health care.   Generous Benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Plus Match, PTO, your birthday as a Holiday, and much more!     EOE Other1
