Bosley is seeking a top-notch Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse to support our Columbus, OH office. Essential Duties:

  • Work directly with our providers (MD’s and PA’s) in all clinical aspects, plus the extraction of donor’s hair, and creation of grafts via microscope. Anesthesia, dispensing of medications, PRP blood draws, and other direct patient care duties
  • Review and maintain patient and prescription records.
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Performs focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Deliver compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and families.
  • Directly reports to Office Manager and Clinical Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of nursing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in plastic surgery or a similar specialty is a plus.
  • Experience with Administering and controlling a secure medication control system.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, team members, providers, and management. Ability to communicate with proper etiquette. Treating patients with sensitivity and respect is essential.
  • Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to patients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
