Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice. - Prior experience in emergency or acute care settings preferred. - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a rotating shift schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. - Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. - Basic life support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS are a plus. - Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Responsibilities
