The Ridge Pinehurst offers a Temporary Position - $40hr LPN - Full-time through Mid-May Work full-time through the rest of the school year and then have the summer to relax!   We are seeking a dynamic and experienced LPN to join our team in a temporary role.  This is full-time role that is expected to last through mid-May.  Perfect for those that would like to work full-time and then take the summer off! In this temporary role, you'll provide resident care, conduct assessments and work with physicians and outside agencies to provide exceptional service to our Assisted Living residents.  Our current Assisted Living Director will be available for assistance as she steps into an interim Executive Director role.   As the LPN / Nurse you’ll be responsible for: * Maintaining regulatory compliance and upholding the highest standards of care. * Manage day-to-day operations of the Assisted Living Neighborhood.  This role will not have any personnel or staff scheduling responsibilities. * Supervise QMAPs and provide guidance needed to ensure exceptional service delivery. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to develop personalized care plans and address individual needs. * Maintain open communication with residents, families and staff, addressing concerns and fostering a sense of community.  Qualifications of our desired LPN / Nurse: * Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid Colorado nursing license. * Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly or similar experience with specialized dementia care programs. * Strong knowledge of Colorado regulatory requirements and best practices in senior care. * Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. * Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.   * Proficiency in Point, Click, Care (PCC) preferred.  The Ridge Pinehurst offers the following Benefits to our LPN / Nurse in this temporary role: * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Use of our community’s spa, gym and indoor pool. * Access to gourmet meals daily. * Professional development opportunities to support career growth. * Rewarding work environment with a supportive team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of seniors.  If you are a compassionate leader with a passion for senior care, we want to hear from you!  Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your qualifications and why you are the ideal candidate for this position.   We look forward to welcoming you to our team!  The Ridge Pinehurst is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
